Holding(s) in Company

The Company was notified on 6 March 2008 that as a result of acquisition of voting rights, Berenberg Bank Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co, had increased its interest in MCB to 1,345,000 ordinary shares representing 7.73 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company also was notified that as a result of acquisition of voting rights, IIU Nominees Limited, now hold 1,856,521 ordinary shares representing 10.67 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company was notified that as a result of acquisition of voting rights, Mr. Peter Lorange, now hold 656,521 ordinary shares representing 3.77 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The above notifications were made on the basis of the Company's current issued capital, which consists of 17,394,247 ordinary shares of 10p each, all with voting rights. The above figure of 17,394,247 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
