Notice of AGM

Mobile Credit Baltic plc, the consumer finance provider serving the growing markets of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland, has today posted to shareholders notice of its Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 29 May 2008, in Helsinki, together with its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2007.
The notice of meeting includes the following items of special business, details of which are explained in the notice:
- Amendment of the Board’s authority to allot shares in the Company to investors.
- Adoption of revised Articles of Association in substitution for the existing Articles of Association of the Company, and
- Change of the name of the Company to Mobile Credit Baltic.
